Functions and Features:
l Binary coding method is adopted on the substation. Substation
number can be set arbitrarily.
l Ultra-thin substation NBW-B with vivid and clear voice.
l Bedside substation can call nurse master station and talk.
l Hand-held caller can be installed on the substation. The master
station will broadcast the substation number when the substation is
calling the master station.
l There is transfusion alarm interface on the substation. The
substation will alarm the master station automatically when the
transfusion is over. There are alarm, flashing light and voice
prompt of “No. XX transfusion over”.
l Press the Emergency button to call the master station in
emergency.
l Door lamp and speaker can be installed on the substation.
l The substation can be installed above the sickbed.
l A two-wire cable is needed to connect to the master station. The
max communication distance is up to 1000m.

3. Installation and Operation
1) Online coding of substation (e.g. Code specific substation as No.
5 substation )
After connecting one or more substations to the master station,
press the power switch on the master station for about two seconds
to enter start-up self test state. Press the Function key on the
master station for about two seconds to enter clock setup menu. And
press the function key for several times to directly enter “Online
code setup menu”. Then press the Broadcast key or Monitor key to
enter the online coding setup. “In setting” will be displayed on the
LCD. Press and hold the Call key on the substation until the LED
lightens, then release the Call key. Select No. 5 switch on the
master station. The calling LED on the substation will blink once in
red to indicate that the coding is finished. (Note: If you have not
selected corresponding switch on time within 10 seconds after you
release the switch, the calling LED on the substation will also
flash once in red to indicate that the coding is canceled. If you
will recode the substation, please repeat above procedures). Code
all substations in turn with above method.
2) Connecting method of substation
将分机的白、黑两条线对应并联到主机的1、com(或2)总线上（注意极性），即可。
3) Connecting method of door lamp
Connect the red and black wires of the door lamp to the
corresponding wires of the substation.
4) Calling and intercoms of substation
Press the Call/Relieve key on the panel of substation or the CALL
key on the hand-held caller, the master station will play music.
Intercoms can be made after the master station has selected the
substation. There is a jack for hand-held caller on the substation.
The door lamp will blink when the substation or hand-held caller is
calling the master station.
5) Relieve calling
To relieve calling of substation or hand-held caller, press the
Call/Relieve key on the panel of substation or the CALL key on the
hand-held caller again.
Notes:
1. If malfunction and short circuit happens in any substation, the
short circuit LED will keep lightening. And “Short circuit” will be
displayed on the LCD of the master station and “Bi, Bi” prompts will
sound. The alarm can be canceled only when the corresponding
substation has been removed.
2. Two-copper core PVC dielectric shielded cable shall be used for
wiring the unit (model: RVVP).
